Privacy, in plain English

Brain Dump OS is built so your thoughts stay yours. Here's exactly what happens to what you say or type — no legalese.

On your device by default

When you make a brain dump, it's saved in your browser, on your device. It doesn't leave your device unless you choose to sign in.

What signing in syncs

If you sign in, a copy of your lists is synced to your private account so you can reach them on other devices and after clearing your browser. It's tied to your account — only you can read it.

Turning a dump into a list

When you tap to turn a dump into a list, the text is sent to our AI provider to produce your result. It's used only to give you back your list — not to show you ads, and not sold.

What we never do

• We never sell your dumps.
• We never show you ads.
• We never share your content with anyone else.

Deleting your data

You're in control. "Clear everything" wipes your current list from this device, and deleting a past list removes it — if you're signed in, that removal syncs to your account. You can Export any list first to keep your own copy. If you're signed in and want all of your synced data deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
